Can Willow expose Project ELE for what it really is?

Just when Willow Mosby thought that her life might return to normal, her parents and Tony are ruthlessly abducted, along with many other victims from the shelter. In an effort to save them, Willow has to take a stand against the darkness brought forth by the masterminds of Project ELE.

In the midst of all of the chaos, Willow is faced with some impossible choices. Is Willow strong enough to make these decisions? How can she decide between the man she first loved and the man who has sworn to protect her?

When certain events are set in motion, Willow finds herself caught in the center of an even darker, more diabolical scheme than she could have ever imagined. With her abilities rapidly growing, Willow finds herself more powerful than ever before. What she hadn’t realized is that someone else has noticed her power, and they will stop at nothing to get it.

Violence
4
This is a dystopian book with the struggles that come with it. As the 'war' increases there is violence. People are choked, shot, and held prisoner. They are forcibly injected with things. Willow's mom kills herself rather than have Willow blackmailed. There is nasty collar type invention that drugs people. Too many to list individually but even the murders that occur are described quickly and with minimal explicitness which is why I gave this a 4.
Language
3
Hell mentioned once as in 'Hell Bent' Several references made to God but only in appropriate situations. Some name calling. Several mentions of Pissed as in angry .... 'Royally pissed' Would be pissed etc
Romance/Sensuality
2
Some passionate kissing with Willow and Alec. Some lighter killing between Willow and Tony. Lots of flirting.
Drugs/Alcohol/Smoking
2
This was a difficult one for me to score but I went with 2 because although there are adults and older teenagers using medicines for various strategies and also talk of injecting blood so had to score it as such even though some of the characters would be under age I can't see this as a situation that would be interpreted as a drug problem.

Supernatural Characters:
There are characters that obtain supernatural abilities rather than supernatural characters in the traditional sense.
Powers include, :- Mind-reading, Healing, Compulsion, Invisibility, and the power to change their own molecular structure so they can go “Through” walls etc. Super strength, speed, immunity, The ability to see when others are using a “gift”, Premonitions, Steal “Life Force” and Powers from others, Empathy, Telekinesis, a new unknown power possibly a shielding mechanism.
